Thiago Maia, CEO
    Dr. Maia holds a BSc in Computer Science, MSc in Electrical Engineering, an MBA in Finance, and a PhD in Machine Learning. He has a solid background in artificial intelligence, software development, and corporate finance. He also serves as board member at Fumsoft, a local association of software development companies. Before founding Vetta Technologies, he was the lead R&D project manager for Webmind, Inc. (NY, USA).

Ricardo Giacomin, COO
    Mr. Giacomin holds a BSc and an MSc in Computer Science and has been designing, managing, and deploying software systems for 10 years. He heads Vetta's PMO - Project Management Office - since 2003, overseeing all internal and external projects. Before joining Vetta, he worked as a lead architect in e-commerce projects.

Cesar Avila, VP, Consulting Services
    Mr. Avila holds a BSc and an MSc in Computer Science and leads Vetta's consulting services branch. He is an expert in software engineering and software development. Over the years, he has performed as a software developer, software architect, and quality assurance specialist on RUP and CMMI, and has helped companies create, customize, and deploy their own software processes.
