Our Corporate education plan has two tracks:
- Fast: updates each professional's
technical background with quick courses on software engineering, project
management, and quality & process. In the end, professionals can

- Expert: brings a thorough
curriculum to managers and team leaders, mixing technical and management
courses with real examples from Vetta's project history.
In both cases, the client company can opt to perform a customized education project:
1. the client defines the budget for the
whole project, and selects the team to be trained
2. An assessment is made with the team
to group different profiles, crossing the
results with the organization goals, team responsibilities,
and required skills
3. Our course curriculum is adapted
and taught to each assessment group
4. We evaluate the team's performance
and provide detailed reports to the client sponsor.
