The Personal plan brings the same course curriculum used in the Corporate education plan, formated to people with different technical backgrounds and experience levels.

The courses are divided in two groups:
- Tech courses, for IT specialists such as
developers, requirements analysts, and architects. Each course
covers a particular aspect in software engineering, with examples
from real projects
- Leader courses, for IT leaders and managers
who want to focus on a particular area of expertise, such as project
management and process maturity models.
