Vetta Technologies incorporates American subsidiary in the US

Vetta Technologies' new operations in the US will leverage its sales and delivery capabilities

Vetta Technologies, a leading offshore technology services provider, has set another milestone in its plan to create a global delivery network. Vetta Technologies LLC, Vetta Group's newest member, has been incorporated as an American company. "We are delighted to take this important step to enhance our global delivery capabilities", explains Thiago Maia, Vetta's CEO.

Along with the legal entity, Vetta's American branch also features a new office, located within the New York Metropolitan Area. The facility will be Vetta's center for sales and delivery in North America.

"We have had projects in the US since 2001, and so far we have managed specific delivery operations either at our customer's facilities or remotely from headquarters", explains Ricardo Giacomin, Vetta's COO. "Having fixed offices in the US opens up a whole new range of delivery opportunities, making the whole process more flexible and agile."
