The Project Management discipline reflects every important aspect covered by the PMBoK - PMI's Body of Knowledge - to make sure there is proper control and planning for risks, changes, communication, costs, time, and human resources. Vetta has used VSPD to manage projects from 4-people to 110-people teams, integrating overseas offices and remote communication with VoIP and instant-messaging.

Two disciplines are instrumental in the success of the project:

- Requirements: helps to assess, document, and track system functionality to provide early project planning using UCPA and FPA methods.      - Architecture and Design: architectural prototypes make sure the technical requirements are properly documented and referenced before project construction.

Tests & Quality focuses on assessing, controlling, and measuring both the project and the product to make sure they are executed accorded to the original plan. Together with all other disciplines, this one makes sure Vetta keeps its historical metric of 98% of the projects finished on schedule.
